Hi, Kim & Dave! We sure miss you and the Almond Blossom and can't wait for you to open up in your new location. It's very exciting and we are looking forward to bringing more music to your new place! It is always wonderful to be able to invite our friends and 'fans' to a place where we can be sure the food will be so beautiful and delicious!
I have some ideas, which we have discussed, for bringing more people to your place using the musicians to draw a bigger crowd--we discussed putting together a flyer using photos of all the regular entertainers with info. about your classes, specials, and programs, and reminding people that you are one of the very few places to promote and provide quality jazz in the Volusia/Flagler area. I also suggest a regular monthly jazz jam using all the regular entertainers who wish to be involved and inviting others to sit in, also, an outdoor event once-a-month with a "Tasteful Jazz" theme, giving people the chance to sample some of your best or newest delights while listening to great music. I don't know much about the prep. or serving of fine food, but I do know that delicious food and fine sounds compliment each other, and we are so happy to be a part of the Almond Blossom family. Good luck getting it done! See you soon. With love and harmony, Linda & Expresso Jazz |

Hey Kim and Dave! Fellow Hallelujah Acres Health Minister here! I am sooo happy that you are able to expand already!!! God is good :-) I think the open kitchen is a great idea too because customers can see how the menu items are prepared (and perhaps for someone who is a little scared of "raw" foods, it would ease their mind)! The raw chef certifications are a good idea as well. Food prep classes work well too. Best wishes to 2 RAWSOME people.!! Pat Michel
