My latest favorite "recipe" is Raw Nori Rolls:
1 sheet of Nori (see benefits below). Put some (about a teaspoon?) of raw apple cider vinegar (which has tons of health benefits http://www.bragg.com/... -Elizabeth The Abundant Nutrients in Nori*: High in protein Organic (photo-synthetic) vitamins & minerals: Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin K, Thiamin, Pantothenic Acid, Phosphorus and Zinc, Iodine, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Iron, Potassium, Copper and Manganese Vitamin B12: Nori is the most excellent source of Vitamin B12 among edible seaweeds.
