My Latest favorite "recipe" - Raw Nori Rolls/Wraps

My latest favorite "recipe" is Raw Nori Rolls:
1 sheet of Nori (see benefits below). Put some (about a teaspoon?) of raw apple cider vinegar (which has tons of health benefits http://www.bragg.com/... ) on it. Rub the vinegar over the whole piece of Nori. It moistens it and changes the texture so it's easier to eat. (Thanks to Cindy for this idea). Then put filling in it and roll it up and enjoy! A quick yummy filling is mushed avacado and cut up tomatoes sprinkled with pink salt. I've also put seed cheeses in it, maybe some Edamame. Get creative.
