Raw Food Pot Luck

Elizabeth continues to inspire me with her wonderful dishes. Everyone is so friendly. It is such a comfortable atmosphere. It is a great place to share recipes and learn more about raw food.

My daughter and I went to our first meeting and we had a great time. Everyone was friendly and we were both very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we felt with people we had just met. As a beginner in raw food, I also appreciated the information that was freely shared, support we felt, and of course the delicious raw food cuisine, we got to sample. We are definitely going again. --Thanks Elizabeth, It was great!

Even though most of the people that attended did not know each other everyone was friendly. We shared ideas and recipes as well as ideas for promoting future meetings. I had a great time and will definitely attend more meets with this group.
