The Miso recipe is a super hero to say the least.

seaweed is mineral rich, pulls heavy metals out of the body, promotes resistance to radioactive Iodine 131. Carrageenan (most abundant in the brown seaweeds) is HPV resistant, promotes good bowel flow.

Sustainably harvested seaweed in clean water is yummy. Click Here for one of my favorites.

Miso that is soy free and unpasteurized like South River Miso alkalines the body, boosts immunity, aids digestion in all PH levels(which means it promotes digestion at all phases of digestion), promotes healthy intestinal flora, and in a study in Japan (immediately after the bombs) they saw that Miso was linked to a resistance in radiation poisoning.

Fermented foods promote intestinal health which in turn promotes body and mind health.

Cilantro pulls heavy metals out of the body.

There is more but what is the point. That is enough for me!

“Love is Simple” Miso Sea Veggie Soup
• 8 C warm water 130º
• 1 C “South River” miso
• ½ T lemon Juice
• 1 t salt
• 1 T cilantro (“chiffonade”= finely minced)
• ¼ C soaked Hiziki (Hijiki, Hizikia fusiformis, Sargassum fusiform)
Lightly blend before adding soaked Hiziki and cilantro or hand mix all ingredients in a bowl and eat. If the miso is cold from fridge storage, it will cool the water down to just around 115º. Try to be sure not to cook all the medicine out of the miso. The Hiziki takes about twenty minutes soaking time before it is soft enough. Enjoy this one it will love you back.
