This Saturday: Mansfield's Raw Food Feast

Happy Autumn Days to you all!

This Saturday is our next scheduled gathering. We start meeting at 5:30PM. We are a newly forming group. It is fun to be part of something new; watch as the group grows, core members emerge, and a solid community establishes. Please come anticipating "very good things" to come from our meeting together.

After we have feasted, we will gather for discussion. My passion is encouraging others toward prospering health; therefore, I naturally express myself as a health enthusiast. (Fooding is only a part of this framework.) Please come ignited by your passions, as well, so we will have much to share and experience from each other.

As the days grow colder, it is good to know that raw fooding does not always mean "cold food." I would like to include "warming foods" in our discussion this month.

I have produce fresh from my garden, fresh sprouts, superfood samples, and other treats to share with you. I am looking forward to seeing each of you there! Remember to RSVP...
