Many of of you have been asking how to sprout and also how to grow wheatgrass. This is your opportunity to learn how to sprout and also a chance to learn why spouts are so healing. It is Free and you have to sign up with Marsha Sims at 305.467.8564 . give her the recipe you will be bringing. At the end you will receive a whole package of all the recipes for FREE. She has up to 49 people show at any given moment and that means you will have these recipes at your disposal and of course get to sample all of these wonderful recipes. Don't miss this even.
