The April Fort Lauderdale Raw Vegan Potluck Meetup will be held at my home in Fort Lauderdale.
So many people have been asking me questions about the different types of cleanses.
They asked,"Should I do The Master Cleanse or the Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse or how about the Green Juice cleanse?" I would like those of you who plan to attend to share your stories about the cleanses you have done, how you felt while doing the cleanses, and if you would do them again and why or why not. This will assist all of us in determining which cleases we may do in the future.
Please feel free to bring guests and remember only raw, organic dishes.
The Sunny Kitchen and The Raw Chef are great websites to get recipes if you need some suggestions.
Also you can go to Feedblitz and download a neat 11 page book by Kaia Foods that has some quick and easy recipes. I will have one available for all of you to check out on April 26.

Once again we will be holding our February Raw Vegan Potluck Meetup at The Green Wave Cafe to support our fellow raw foodies Lisa and Raoul.
Please bring a raw, organic, vegan dish that will serve between 8-10 people.
I will supply the plates, flatware, and cups.

Once again we will have our potluck Meetup at the Green Wave Cafe.
It is a wonderful way to support out fellow raw foodist, Lisa and Raoul, and get to see what
events are scheduled at the cafe for the month.

This is our last Meetup for this year and we are going to be setting goals for next year.
Remember these are our own personal goals and we are all here to love and support each other.

I have been raw 2 years and I have never tasted crackers this delicious. He will also talk about the Excalibur Dehydrator. If you are interested in purchasing a 4,5, or 9 tray please email me and it will be available for pickup that day. The cost of the demo and Meetup is $7.00 paid in advance.

The September Meetup will be a potluck. If you are fairly new to raw food bring a salad full of beautiful organic veggies such as cilantro, lettuce, scallions, red onions, cucumbers, arugala, tomatoes,etc.
These are just a few suggestions for your salad, so just be creative and I will have a variety of delicious homemade dressings to dress your salads properly. If you feel like getting a bit wild, a few raw desserts would work also. Feel free to email me if you have any questions or would like some suggestions.
