What to bring to the Potluck:
1. A raw-vegan dish to generously serve 8 to 10 people
(If there are two of you please bring two different dishes)
2. Serving utensils for your dish
3. Plates and utensils for yourself
4. An ingredients label for your dish
5. A copy of the recipe with your name
6. An open heart and a loving smile
The Guidelines:
? properly washed fresh fruit and vegetables, soaked or sprouted nuts, seeds, beans as well as grains are encouraged
? no animal products including, meat, dairy, fish, eggs (unpasteurized honey can be used as an exception, raw agave nectar is a good substitute)
? dehydrated food is encouraged, dehydrate under 115 degrees Fahrenheit
? no cooking or cooked products of any kind, including steamed, baked, canned, jarred*, bottled* and processed foods such as tofu, soya based products, refined oils and commercial salad dressings
* bottled and jarred items are usually pasteurized unless stated "raw" on the item
