I have done some venturing into the raw food world. Now that I am about to have a baby, I want to focus on being as raw as possible for my birth, babies health, and so that good habits are in place by the time the "wee one" starts eating.
I know it is the truly real and healthy choice for food, after even a tiny bit of research, I realized that nothing else compares. The food also tastes more.... tasty :-) And when I have been more raw, than not, I just feel more alive and playful.
