For inspiration and connection and because I know Catherine and some of her family members. I once was raw for three years and I'm looking for that sense of community as I get back into it.
why do you like to eat rawfood?
I feel great when I eat raw and I love to prepare raw food. I like the simplicity, the colors and texture of the food and I feel most tuned in and true to myself when I am eating raw. It turns me on!
