hi, i have been dabbling in raw vegan foods for the last 6 months or so. I got into raw foods because of a wheat allergy, I couldn't eat cookies no more so I had to still makes sweets somehow! I really enjoy making raw freezer fudge, pies or puddin
why do you like to eat rawfood?
It tastes much fresher, it's healthier, it's yummy and quite often easier to prepare then cooked food!
