Introduction
I came to dinner on 04/03/2009 and it was fabulous. I had to have more. I also want to volunteer to help cook meals whenever needed.

Ester is patient & not just a teacher, she cares about the health of each person in the group. As we share about ourselves during the session, Ester will always give health remedies if she is aware of them. She has been in the field of health many years and it shows.
