Introduction: I love and value whole foods; especially love fruits and vegetables. I am not nor do I aspire to be vegan but am looking to diversify my menu. I lookd forward to all you have to share.
Do you have a favorite raw food dish or recipe? If so, what is it?: No answer yet
What are the biggest challenges facing you with regard to your eating habits?: My biggest challenge is trying new recipes. I prefer to have referrals before I try a new recipe; I believe its mostly because I don't have the time to do the research for myself.
What do you hope to get out of raw food Meetups?: I need some creative energy applied to my food.
Describe your current eating style, example: vegetarian, standard American diet, about 50% raw, etc...: 80% of my daily intake is raw fruits, vegies, nuts and seeds.
