“ I thought it would be all hard core raw foodists, so I was pleasantly surprised to meet people who are vegetarian and vegan. I am vegan but do eat a fair amount of raw food but nothing like the gourmet quality or presentation I experienced tonight with this meal. I don't want to purse a strict raw food diet but am interested in learning more about it, especially since I enjoy cooking and baking. ”
