Introduction
I was a part of the San Diego Raw Meetup group and stayed Raw for a year. I moved to Chicago and slide back into cooked and cheese. I am back to Raw and will see you in July for fellowship and my pad thai.
What has led you to explore vegan, raw foods?

My daughter was raw first and I tried it and like the way I felt when I was 100% Raw

Have you experienced anything fantastic that you credit due to eating raw?

My sinus problems and COPD symptoms went away. I have sarcoidosis I am not on any meds

Why be raw?

I feel and look better when I am raw. I just have to listen to my husband complain about all the space in fridge I use and my dehydrator makes more noise than he likes. He thinks my Kim Chi stinks -- I love to make it an Kraut

What has led you to explore vegan, raw foods?

I was vegetarian and vegan for years. I raised my kids as vegans for a while.

Are you new to raw foods or been practicing for how long?

Not new coming back
