Favourite pastime

Creating new recipes and making favourites in the kitchen to share at potlucks, with friends and colleagues at work. Gardening - am a novice and learning as I go. Struggling to be compassionate to wee beasties eating my plants!

What percentage of your diet is raw food and what percentage vegan?

80% raw vegan. The other 20% is sometimes cooked and not always vegan.

Raw Vegan Feast - Cronulla Sunday 4th October

"Well it might have rained but the die hard keen (mad) ones did a great walk to the lookout and back. Our indoor picnic was cosy, 2 tables laden with delicious fresh foods and surrounded by our Raw community. ..."
