Learn how to prepare a gourmet feast and blow your friends away without spending days in the kitchen preparing. In this class you will learn how to prepare delectable canapes an entree, main course,dessert, icecream and petit fours. You will also get to see and learn how to jazz up your meals to make them into fancy gourmet meals with a few little tips and tricks that I will share with you that I have learnt after my recent training experience with Alissa Cohen at her Gourmet restaurant in Boston Grezzo.
