What can we do to promote this healthy way of living and supporting our animal friends along with the environment?
Environmental awareness has become such high priority that supporting lifestyles such as vegan or raw food will continue to grow rapidly in support (see release from UN regarding the impact of livestock on environment).
The obvious facts are that animals feel pain and pleasure as we do - all animals. They also have a certain amount of consciousness. They have a right to live on the earth in peace as much as humans which more and more people are becoming aware of.
People who choose this aware and healthy way of living care about these things and here we hope to present a great opportunity to learn more by joining our group and attending events.
Personally I always believed in the 5 food group philosophy that I was taught at school and by my parents. It wasn't until I became aware of this through researching facts available, talking to others and deciding myself what I believe is most logical and true. The point is that I didn't know there was another choice until i was made aware of that.
You are in control of your health - you decide what is right and wrong, not the government, not pharmaceutical companies, not meat and dairy boards. Gather the information, be aware of what is going on, where your food comes from and think about it!
Raw food has now become well known in most of the western world particularly in the US where there are many raw food restaurants, groups and support available. This group is currently underway in establishing raw food recipies on the meus of Sydney restaurants.
Raw food has living enzymes. Health = Energy = lives of cells. Lifeless or low energy frequency foods means the body needs to expend electric nerve enery to run digestive system breaking food down. Consequently food takes more energy than it gives. Energy is measured in megahertz (MHZ) = electrical charge around food ranging from 0-250mhz. A diet should consist of foods at least at 60-80mhz.
How long do you want to live? Are you in control of how fast you age? How sick you get? How much energy you have and how fit you are?
We discuss the impact your diet has on these physiological aspects of your physical self. Contradictory to what some pharmaceutical funded medical experts will tell you - hereditary has a very SMALL impact on these factors.
