Introduction
My name is August and I'm looking to go raw. I have taken all sugars and wheat out of my diet as of today's date... a total of three months now.
How long have you been eating raw? Why are you interested in raw food? what was your first raw food recipe?

Haven't started yet. I'm interested in raw b/c of health reasons. My first raw recipe was a living cheese cake from Life grocery.
