 !  We know the holiday season can be busy\, with lots of parties and gather
 ings. Most of these events serve up sugary\, artificial\, and/or unhealthy 
 foods making it especially hard to stay with a raw or vegan diet.  So\, com
 e and celebrate the holidays with the local Raw and Vegan community!!  Duri
 ng the holiday season it can be hard to get together\, so we thought we?d h
 ost the holiday party on Wednesday\, December 9 at our house in North Ralei
 gh. The party will start around 7:00 pm\, but feel free to come half an hou
 r or so early.  Please bring one of your favorite vegan\, raw dishes to sha
 re\, along with a list of the ingredients (helpful for those who have aller
 gies or other special dietary needs). We will provide plates\, utensils\, a
 nd napkins\, so no need to bring your own.  We will also have plenty of fre
 sh\, pure water on hand along with a few raw versions of favorite holiday b
 everages.  Even if you are not currently eating a raw or vegan diet but are
  interested in meeting others who do\, come out to celebrate. All are welco
 me.  Join us for conscious company and good food with old and new friends\,
  and celebrate a wonderful year for the raw vegan community here in the Tri
