Please join us at Mira's relaxing home environment for the Raleigh Raw Potluck group, This group continues now in it's third year, established in 2004!

Our monthly potlucks have delicious and nutritious living-food dishes. We welcome those who are raw, transitioning to raw or just curious about the rawfood diet.

Come for a night of food, fun and friends! Please bring a dish of raw, vegan yummy organic foods. If you need help with ideas feel free to contact Mira at rawinraleigh@hotmail.com

Jessica "Mira" Woodwell is a Certified Raw Foods Chef & Consultant trained at the prestigious Patagonia Institute in Arizona. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, and an accomplished artist.

    Welcome to the group Scott. I am on my second week completely raw. an I have lost ten pounds. I will like to come to a meet but my work schedule don,t permit. I am off Friday and Saturdays. Can we have a meet on one of these days? Lucia John
