Kevin Gianni and Potluck

Hey Guys! I just wanted to let you know about a chance to hear Kevin Gianni. He's going to be speaking in Rocky Mount and we've been invited! This is a FREE event, so come and bring a friend! Carpooling is greatly encouraged, so try to find someone you can ride with. The organizer of the support groups wants us to come in droves. I will be leaving from Wake Forest, so if anyone wants to leave from there, let me know and we can go together (I'll leave about 4pm that day--it takes an hour to get there).

Afterwards there is a potluck, so bring a dish to share AND ITS RECIPE. The organizer will duplicate and distribute all recipes during the dinner. Note--some dishes at this dinner may not be raw, so ask if you have questions.

When and Where: Friday, November 20, 6-9:00 pm, Englewood Assembly of God, 2181 S. Halifax Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27803

Program: Kevin Gianni, health advocate, optimum health author, and founder of the Renegade Health Show will be with us for an evening of sharing and answering questions. Kevin’s wife, Annmarie Gianni will also be with us sharing about skin care and her new line of skin care products.

Food: Pot luck. Remember to bring your recipe to share and your own and your guest’s water to drink. Recipes are very important. Please don’t forget yours.
Also, in November, because we do not meet in December we remind our group to bring a holiday dish and recipe if they wish. It would be great if your groups would like to do that, too.

The potluck will begin at 6:00. We are joining a group that advocates healthy eating and raw foods, so not all of the dishes brought will be raw. All of the dishes will be vegan though. It is important to bring the recipe for whatever you've made as Paula photocopies the recipes and hands out a recipe packet at the end of the night. Please also bring beverages, there won't be any provided.

Kevin and Annmarie will begin their talk after everyone has finished eating.

Paula and Henry are not charging for this event. However, donations are graciously accepted with the money going towards the paper products which they supply. They have requested that anyone who plans on attending RSVPs in advance so they know how much space will be needed for the event.
