Dear Friends,

Mark Your Calendar for the First Sunday Raw Foods Potluck to be held at the Wild Oats Community room on Sunday, February 3 at 5:00 p.m.

Celebrate the raw/living lifestyle with us--this means sharing pure
food and meeting new people with lots of good energy and ideas! Let's all get
together and enjoy what the earth has provided.

All we need are lively souls (you) and raw vegan food (your dish) to sustain the potluck!! Raw vegan dishes can range from very simple to completely creative. Your dish will be welcome and enjoyed!

TIME: Please arrive at 5:00 PM (we ask that you do your best to be prompt to allow for set-up time and pre-socialization). We begin eating promptly at 5:30 pm.

PLACE: Wild Oats 8823 Ladue Road 314-721-8004

WHAT TO BRING: You are requested to bring a completely RAW VEGAN dish that You have created to serve 4 (organic preferred).
People are encouraged to combine efforts and bring a JUMBO dish for 8 to 10.

*** Also please bring plate, cup, eating utensils and serving
utensil for your dish to reduce the impact on the earth and our
friends at Wild Oats.
