Introduction
Hi all. I'm looking to move from a SAD diet to a RAWesome one. I need loads of support and am sure I can find some here. I have FMS and lymphedema and know that I can reverse some of the damage done to my body by eating this way.
What would you like to learn and experience by participating in this group?

How did you get interested in raw foods and health?

I was a former patient of yours, Dr. Ritamarie. I have always been interested in diet and nutrition but didn't realize how little I knew about what I should eat :)
