Raw Food Chef Certification (Level 1) February 22nd Sunday 11-3pm (4 hours of hands on training) $350
- course includes: information packet, spiral slicer, and an autographed copy of Alyssa Cohen's "Living on Live Food" book.
- On the menu: Mock Salmon Pate, Zucchini Pasta Marinara, Collard Rolls, Broccoli Soup, Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps, Apple sauce, Onion Dip, Fudge Balls.

Raw Food Instructor Certification (Level 2) March 21st-22nd Saturday & Sunday 9-5pm both days (16 hours of hands on training) $850
-course includes: sprouting & dehydrating techniques, tips on encouraging people to stick with lifestyle changes, time saving tip dealing with friends, family and associates, certificate mailed to you directly from raw food guru Alyssa Cohen
- On the Menu: Calzone, Rye Bagels, Pizza, Enchiladas, Chili, Onion Dip. Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms, Blueberry Cheesecake
-This course certifies you to teach Raw Living Foods to others!
