Please be sure to wash your vegetables thoroughly (including organic) in clean water to remove impurities. Also, food tastes best when you meditate while preparing it, putting loving and happy thoughts into what you serve (: There will be a short demonstration and then we will start the movie "The Future of Food" at 7:30pm. This is a behind the scenes documentary about GMOs and biotechnology and how they have crept into virtually all corn, soy and canola crops and what it is doing to people. This is a MUST WATCH to educate yourself in using discernment in food choices. Come Demo and/.or the Movie. Donations are accepted to cover organize fees and arrangements (minimum $10). Please be sure to RSVP in order to reserve a space. Bring a pillow or two to sit on, a blanket, or a sleeping bag to lay on. Also, if possible, bring copies of the recipes to give to others. Thanks!
