The internet has lots of great recipes to make- Please Bring a Raw Food Dish to share! I will show the group how to open a Thai coconut in a fun and super easy way also! Please bring many copies of the recipe you made so that we can exchange them! After our raw dinner, at 8pm we will watch the movie "Raw For Life" (continuing where we left off) ... this is an awesome documentary that interview leading health and raw advocates on the raw food lifestyle- very educational!
