"Living on Live Food"? Program

Ø O.K. you've completed Level 1 Chef... now learn how to become a Certified Living Food Instructor.
Ø Are you currently a chef and would like to add Living Food Prep to your Resume?
Ø Would you like to explore the business of Living Food preparation and/or catering?

This class is over any 2 consecutive days (Saturday & Sunday) 8 hours per class. Topics to be covered:

Preparing elegant gourmet meals
Sprouting and dehydrating techniques
Encouraging and helping people stick with Lifestyle changes
Dealing with daily living issues such as friends/family and dining out
Understanding what happens emotionally and physically on Living Foods
How to adjust the living food lifestyle for your personal needs

Certification Course Description
16 hours of hands-on training $900.00*

This course will take you to the next level of living food preparation.

Graduates will gain the knowledge, confidence and practical application of dehydrating recipes. You will learn how to prepare and assemble gourmet recipes.

Graduates will learn how to substitute ingredients based on their own personal palate. We will discuss living food preparation as a ?business?. Graduates will learn the requirements necessary to start their living food business.

Your Level 2 Instructor Certification certificate will be mailed to you directly from Alissa Cohen?s office.

*Tuition includes a Zyliss Salad Spinner and a gourmet set of measuring spoons.
