Level 1 Chef Certification Course Description: 4 hours of hands-on training $300.00* Classes are based on the home application as well as the living food job or business market. This class covers the knowledge and understanding of a living food kitchen and the basic food prep techniques and practical application. Graduates will acquire the knowledge and skills to prepare living food properly with the highest food integrity. Graduates will also learn how living foods are prepared and will be empowered to execute the preparation of living food recipes at a basic level. Your Level 1 Chef Certification certificate will be mailed to you directly from Alissa Cohen?s office. * Class fee includes a personally autographed copy of Alissa Cohen?s ?Living on Live Food? and a Multi-blade Vegetable Slicer.
