Introduction
I have food allergies, used to be very sick, and never knew what to eat. Raw foods have transformed my life! Now I create healthy, gluten free snacks like Brownies, Raw-reo Cakers and Krackers through my company, Gourmet Frais LLC (GourmetFrais.com).

How have living foods transformed you life?
I used to have multiple chronic illnesses, including constant migraines, IBS, fibromyalgia, IC. I am now off all of my prescription meds, feeling great, and training for a marathon. All through the power of what I eat! My doctors are amazed!!!
