“ A little bit more education is needed. Also the probotic drink was of interest but I did not really understand the benefit of it . . . again more education needed on the meal. Also I am not sure how this kitchen is set up but NEVER should a server come into the dining room with the big dump for plates and glasses and go from table to table. Even though it is more work when going to the folks tables it should always be a person removing the dirty dishes and if need be taking them to the dump tray afterwords. Again these points are just to make the dining experience nicer and more fun for people. Also anything that can be sold should be on display when you walk in there as there was considerable interest in what Mehmet had to say about his classes etc. ”
