Jim is coming all the way from the state of Georgia, to talk to us about the raw food diet, Ann Wigmore, and the Creative Health Institute. Jim is now one of the trustees of the Creative Health Institute in Union City Michigan. (This is the place the Boutenko?s (The Raw Family), learned to prepare raw food). He will also discuss his home study program which has been very well received across the country. Jim has been helping people for years to transition to the raw food diet.
