Healing Crystal Bowls Mini-Performance/Presentation, by Jay Schwed
'Our body is a musical instrument, when the instrument is not tuned properly a state of dis-ease or imbalance occurs.'

Each cell in our body is genetically programmed to maintain its own health and well-being. During the course of our life many environmental factors interfere with this state.

I re-tune participants' bodies, initially by opening, clearing and re-balancing each of the 7 major charkas, plus the 'high heart'. The high heart is the one heart that connects all hearts to the one, to spirit, to God. This chakra is commonly referred to as the Thymus gland or the center for the immunity system. It has been scientifically established that both of these chakras or energy centers are associated with a musical note or vibrational frequency.
My presentation is a sensory experience where I awaken and activate all the senses with my sounds, aromatherapy scents, vibrational sounds and frequencies and the visual experience of color healing.

Biography
Jay Schwed, MsT, CHT, in 1994, was inspired by an Esalen workshop, he bought his first set of 'singing' Crystal Bowls. In the following years he has taught himself how to play. In 1995 Jay was trained as a Reiki Master and has been training many in this technique. In 1997 Jay added to his skills by attending a 750- hour training program in hypnotherapy.

This will be a direct experience with what’s living and growing around us, new tastes, simple food-making processes, and sharing with others.

We will learn 3 way pickling kimchi and pickles with salt brine and homemade vinegar. We will pickle using vinegar and lact-fermentation. Bring three quart jars empty (wide-mouth required) and go home with three jars full of foraged and cultured deliciousness~! (as well as your own vinegar starter)
