  upon us and Sandra Culver and Becca Campbell will be co-teaching an all-da
 y class (with options to take individual classes) on December 6th at Thrive
  (on 65th and 12th ave NE\, in the Ravenna area). \nI'll be sharing tips an
 d tricks on staying warm with raw food as well as ways to thrive during the
  upcoming holidays with friends and family and Sandra will be hosting delic
 ious food demos\, sampling easy to make treats so you can be sure you'll be
  prepared with recipes and practical techniques for staying raw (and impres
 sing friends and family).\n\nThe holidays are some of the toughest times fo
 r raw foodists\, but with delicious recipes and support\, this year will be
  different.\n\n11am-12:30pm Warming Up with Raw Food \n\n12:45pm-2:15pm War
 ming Foods Demo\n\n2:30pm-4:00pm Raw Food Holidays (tips and tricks for enj
 oying non-raw holiday parties\, answers to commonly asked questions by well
 -meaning relatives\, and support for those times when cooked food calls to 
 you)\n\n4:15pm-5:45pm Holiday Food Demos\n\nJoin us for merry-making for a 
 few individual classes or all four. The fee is $35 a class or $130 for all 
 four. Also included are beautiful packets with recipes\, ideas\, and techni
 ques for making this coming holiday season the best!\n\nAttendance is by re
