Get Well & Stay Well!

IF you really want to get well or stay well besides following God’s basic health principals (use info below to obtain copy of it) this is how you can do it! I have not been sick since at least 01/2003 when I started following God’s health basics. George Malkmus (founder of the Hallelujah Acres Lifestyle/www.hacres.com) says he has not been sick in over 33 years! His wife in over 17 years! (when they both started following the HA Lifestyle). As Louis Pasteur stated (the inventor of pasteurization), "It's the terrain, NOT the bacteria." Meaning it's the health of your body, not the germ it is exposed to.

These three are most effective when: 1. Fresh 2. Organic 3. Live (Raw)

1. Garlic – Fresh cloves are the most effective. Kyolic is also effective and should not cause breath odor. If you want to avoid breath odor use Parsley, Cilantro, or Liquid Chlorophyll. If fresh cloves are too spicy for you consider this option. Use 2-4 cloves, 4oz of spring water, 1 heaping teaspoon of raw honey, then use a blender to liquefy. If you want to add anything you can, such as the breath deodorizers, etc. To maximize the health benefits of fresh cloves, crush or chop and wait 5-10 minutes to consume. Consider having fresh cloves with an Avocado to avoid spice & stomach burn. Someone told me they were miserably sick and then they read this and consumed almost two bulbs of raw, organic, fresh garlic and the next day they said they were 90% better! I assume they weigh around 130 pounds so a person weighing more probably has to consume more than they did. They said their place wreaked of garlic, but oh well they did what it takes to get well!

2. Oregano – It’s hard to get fresh Oregano year round but it can be done. Oregano Oil is also effective.

3. Spicy Peppers – Cayenne, Jalapeno & other spicy peppers.

Bowel Tolerance levels of Vitamin C – Dr. Andrew Saul author of the book “Doctor Yourself” states he takes 2 grams every six minutes to reach bowel tolerance levels. When taking Bowel Tolerance levels make sure to supplement with minerals especially calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Raw Honey – Taken internally or applied topically

Good Hygiene – Don’t forget about it! It can be a major factor in not getting sick and recovery from it!

Pro-Biotics - Yogurt/kefir that is live (raw), organic, grass-fed & from whole.milk. Page 93&95 of The Body Ecology Diet by Donna Gates explains how to make (also on bodyecology.com) cultured vegetables & coconut kefir, eat ½ cup/4oz. of CV w/meals. Making CV is easy; blend in Vita-Mix!

Olive Leaf Extract – Herb Pharm is a good brand.

Cranberry – Even non-organic brands such as Ocean Spray can be effective.

Mega-Doses of Vitamin A – MUCH higher doses than normal may be needed for a few days when the immune system is stressed.

Vitamin D-3 – It is actually a hormone and crucial to proper immune system function. Protocol can be 50-100,000 units at first with 2-4,000 per day afterward.
Thieves Oil – As the bubonic plague decimated Europe in the year 1413, four thieves were captured and charged with robbing the dead and dying victims. When the thieves were tried, the magistrate offered leniency if they would reveal how they resisted contracting the infection as they performed their gruesome acts. They explained that they were perfumers and spice traders and told of a special concoction of aromatic herbs that they rubbed on their hands, ears, and temples. They were Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary.

Whey protein & colostrum have been shown to be very effective immune system stimulants.

There are times when an anti-biotic may be needed. They can be taken in addition to what is suggested here. Remember, humans can’t improve on God! (Proverbs 3:5, etc.) When an anti-biotic is taken it is essential to take a pro-biotic during and after taking an anti-biotic. Especially this form = lactobacillus plantarum.

Even when I was not following God’s health basics I knew as long as I ate VERY spicy food at least once a week, I would not get sick! When I say spicy food, I mean BLOWTORCH spicy! Eyes tearing, 6+ on a scale of 5, etc.

Dress up real warm, throw a bunch of blankets on the bed, turn the heat up, put a gallon of water nearby and SWEAT!!! Just make sure you drink LOTS of water!!! It's something you can do which is very effective yet doesn't take much effort or cost $.

This is an old home remedy. When I was young, right before bedtime my Mom used to slice up onions, tape them on my feet, and then put on an old pair of socks. It may be a good idea to walk on them a little bit to get them to “moisten up” a bit. When this was done the next day I would be greatly improved or better!

Wasabi will open up your sinuses!

Hot water, lemon (again fresh & live is more effective), + raw honey will clear out any congestion from mucus in lungs.

Zinc lozenges will assist most viral throat soreness. IF it doesn’t work, that may mean you have a bacterial infection (such as strep throat) and it may require antibiotics. Zinc works on contact, so instead of chewing it, ideally you would let it ooze down your throat. I have not had a viral sore throat in over 12 years since I started doing this! One zinc lozenge is usually enough for me, although they say to take many more. I attribute this to the “oozing” method I use.

Fast with only freshly made and drank organic vegetable juices.

Cleansing/detoxification symptoms may make you think you are sick.

For food poisoning one should use charcoal capsules, beware they may cause decreased absorption.

BarleyMax is the best green/superfood product on the market and should be consumed especially when sick!
