Each Year, more and more people are turning to a raw food diet for increased energy, better immune function, and greater over-all health. With the growth of this lifestyle comes the need for community and support. We've created this group for long time raw-foodists, people just discovering raw food and everyone in-between. Come join us and meet other like minded people interested in health, nutrition, transformation and the fun and exciting Raw Food Diet!

When: Every third Sunday of the month
7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Where: Old Town Yoga Studio
237 1/2 Jefferson St.
Fort Collins. 80524
Cost: One raw dish or a $5 donation if your new to raw food and
are not sure what to bring.

In this free, two-hour workshop, we’ll look at the science behind a raw diet and just how it can offer the incredible benefits that it does. We’ll look at the most powerful ways to incorporate more raw foods into your diet and the foods that can give you the greatest benefits.
