- Raw Transitioning: Simple steps for bringing raw foods into your life
Everyone welcome, including those simply interested in learning more about raw nutrition.
4-5 pm: Raw Foods Pot Luck
Bring a raw, vegan dish to share with others and a plate and utensils for yourself. If you're new to raw foods, please don't hesitate to bring something simple -- even just a salad or some fruit (they'll be plenty of fancier dishes from the "raw chefs" amongst us :)!).
