- Hi ! I am new to raw foods living but have been mostly vegetarian for past 25 yrs. Hoping to meet others like minded & especially to learn how to have more raw dishes in my diet.
- What types of events do you want at the meetings?

A combination of trying new raw eateries as well as potluck or sometime of meeting where newbies like myself can learn how to make more raw dishes and incorporate more raw foods in daily life.

- What sparked your interest in living foods?

I tried some raw dishes at AU LAC in OC County and was amazed by the taste (esp raw pies). Mainly though, I want to improve my health and have more energy as I age (I am 43 and start to see health declining).
