Most people experience a giant leap in health as they transition from the SAD to raw food. However, some people may find that overtime they develop health issues from being all raw all the time either because they are not doing raw "right" or raw is not the solution for them 100% of the time. Supplements, and other dietary tweaks as well as detailed dietary analysis can keep a raw foodist on their unique path to optimal wellness. I want to share my story, how I manage my health now, and hear the stories of other Southern California Raw & Living Foods members to generate discussion of how to understand and meet health issues as they present themselves throughout our lives.
