Hello everyone! We are going to have our first Meetup and it is going to be at a wonderful little picnic spot in Birdrock. (Calumet Park)

This Meetup is all about sharing different ways we can better follow a raw food diet and make our meals more interesting and satisfying. If people are new to a raw food diet, feel free to come join us and learn more of why it's the way to go.

Find a recipe on the internet, there are loads of delicious recipes and it's fun to get that raw food, tickling the taste buds! This way we can try new ideas and then share them with each other thus adding to our arsenal against the evils of dead, cooked and processed food!
