COMPREHENSIVE RAW FOOD CLASS
taught by Master Teacher Diana Harrelson, Certified Raw Food Chef

At the completion of this 5-hour hands-on workshop you will:

* understand raw food nutrition
* know where and how to get enough protein
* know how to stock your kitchen
* know how to buy affordable raw kitchen appliances
* know what staples are necessary and where to buy them
* have learned the truth about superfoods
* understand the dos and don'ts of fasting
* understand food combining
* have mastered the use of raw food appliances
* know how to soak, sprout, spiralize and saute (ha, just kidding)
* be able to create your own raw food recipes
* know which raw books are essential and which to toss
* be able to easily stay raw at restaurants and on holidays
* have met, bonded with, and been supported by classmates
* have the confidence to begin making raw food dishes THAT DAY

MOST IMPORTANTLY, you will have been coached to make at least EIGHT raw food dishes YOURSELF.

COST: $125 (includes Living on Live Food certification of completion as a raw foods home chef)

HOURS: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
