 itchen appliances\n* know what staples are necessary and where to buy them\
 n* have learned the truth about superfoods\n* understand the dos and don'ts
  of fasting\n* understand food combining\n* have mastered the use of raw fo
 od appliances\n* know how to soak\, sprout\, spiralize and saute (ha\, just
  kidding)\n* be able to create your own raw food recipes\n* know which raw 
 books are essential and which to toss\n* be able to easily stay raw at rest
 aurants and on holidays\n* have met\, bonded with\, and been supported by c
 lassmates\n* have the confidence to begin making raw food dishes THAT DAY\n
 \nMOST IMPORTANTLY\, you will have been coached to make at least EIGHT raw
