Johanna Zee, RN, PhD, has an extensive background in natural health science and healing arts, both conventional and alternative, giving her a unique perspective in wholistic health. She holds a PhD in Nutritional Health and Healing and is a Hygienic Doctor. She counsels on nutritional health and lifestyle, emotional and spiritual well-being. Johanna is the author of the ebook, 11 Step Program for Self-Healing Candida.

smile POTLUCK GUIDELINES

1. If you are a raw food newbie or do not have time to make a dish - we have an option for you. Instead of bringing a dish you may pay $10.00 for your dinner. The maximum for a potluck is 2 (two) dinner reservations. Send an email to Debra. We need your reservation ahead of time for this option. Debra will email back a confirmation to you.

2. For EACH person attending, please bring a dish. (i.e. if you are couple, please bring two dishes. For children attending, the dish you bring can be smaller ? tiny eaters, tiny dishes) Be creative! We like to WOW each other and have a FABULOUS dinner, since we do not have anywhere locally to dine. This is our monthly treat to each other!

3. Our group supports an ORGANIC Lifestyle. Please use only organic raw ingredients in your dish.

4. Please avoid using items people might be allergic to, such as: Nama Shoyu, Tamari, Bragg's or vinegars. It's easy to substitute: Nama Shoyu, Bragg's or Tamari, use sea salt or use a little dark miso with water; vinegars use lemon juice. If you do use one of these items, please mention it in with a dish label or when we describe our dishes to the group.

5. Please mention in your RSVP what you'll be bringing so we do not have multiplies of the same dish. (It's okay if you don't.)

6. All ages are welcome! We understand how valuable it is for kids to have a support group of raw friends, just as it is for adults, so we are definitely delighted to host adults as well as kids.

7. If you would like, bring photocopies of your recipe to share. How cool is this? You could bring one recipe and go home with a dozen! Better yet, post your recipe on the meetup.com site (in the left column click on "Files" and upload your recipe document to save paper & clutter.)
