Hello and Happy Fall to Everyone!

I am thrilled to announce that Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes-Monarch are traveling into town next weekend to meet with us and present great information about raw foods and to perform a live demo.

Both have had extensive personal experiences with the raw and living food lifestyle and enjoy sharing their knowledge with people across the country. They have written several books filled with practical and valuable information about being successful with this way of life.

The meeting will take place in the beautiful conference room above The Red Room Cafe on the corner of S. Highland and Center, about two blocks from Whole Foods.
This is also a pot luck meeting so you must bring a raw food dish to share in order to attend.
