How did you get interested in raw foods?
Browsing through a bookstore, I thumbed through a book on raw food. My interest was picqued and I immediately went to the library and searched online and read as much as I could about the benefits of raw foods.
How much experience do you have in raw food (none, little, 100% for months, 100% for years, etc.)?
I have done quite a bit of reading on the subject, but I have yet to truly experience the raw way of life.
