Hi Paul
I read the website you posted and honestly
I was not impressed. It was mostly the personal beliefs of a guy who has
never tried anything alternative (being a chemist is irrelevant because he does
not use his chemistry background to scientifically argue any points – he just
says over and over again ‘this is bunk”).
I think the environment and animals (including
humans) are much more complex than conventional science allows. I would be
much more impressed by the chemist’s website if he had done his own
scientific experiments using the equipment advertised to confirm or reject the
manufacturer’s claims. That would be real science.
I think a very good example on a similar
level would be trying to explain to someone who does not believe in energies
about Emotional Freedom Technique. If you just talk about it then you can
be quick to judge and say “it sounds quack”. But if you
actually try it, somehow it does work, which is not something I fully understand
or even something that science can explain, but it is a very good example of
one of those things you have to try to just accept that it works. It is
also a good demonstration of how conventional science does not know everything
and there is much more to our bodies than simple DNA sequencing.

Having said all that, you are entitled to
your own opinion. I do agree with what Sergei said that we may need to
use a combination of alternative and conventional medicine, depending on how
sick we are.
Thanks
Sandra
