The Toronto Raw Food meetup group is for people who share an enthusiasm for Raw Food in Toronto to get together and share ideas. We do joint meetups in Toronto with "Raw Food Yahoo" and "Raw Vegan TVA" and "Raw Food Facebook". We are very lucky to have use of the space at Toronto Sprouts for our potlucks. Raw Food means it has not been heated over 47C so that the enzymes within the food are still alive, and the protein structure has not been changed. Simply Raw Festival in Ottawa
The annual raw food festival in Ottawa (Simply Raw) attracts 2,500 people for a raw pie contest and celebrities in the raw food community.
Instead of having a potluck in Toronto in September, we encourage everyone to go to the raw food festival in Ottawa for an amazing experience.
The festival runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the 1st weekend of September. Read more
