- Hello Everyone! I am really interested in learning how to incorporate raw food into my life! I notice all raw foodist have extremely great skin and the same ideals about food as I do....healthy living...it is a passion of mine!

- Not all Raw Food Friends are 100% Raw. We are in different stages of Raw it takes time. How long have you been Raw?

I started learning about it about 2 years ago..when I picked up the book RAW...I had never heard of it before and I thought it might be easier than cooking meals... (back then I had no kids!)
