Bring:
A Raw Vegan Dish (app., entree or dessert) that will feed plenty of hungry people. Guests should also kindly bring a dish.

Time:
Meetups starts 7-7:30 pm until??
(Kitchen will be open at 5 pm if you'd like to come early to prepare your raw vegan dish)

It is not required reading of course because these are official Meetups, but host Ian will be giving us a verbal tour of the very important book on enzymes: Enzyme Nutrition by Dr. Edward Howell. Feel fee to read the book beforehand, or come and soak up the knowledge. You'll be glad you did!

Thank you, Melissa for the "readable" version of the meetup. Mine looked like a drab set of instructions on how to program a DVD player :-)

It is my intense hope that the meetup may inspire those who have not read Enzyme Nutrition to do so sometime in the future. Howell's work is far from being "just another raw food book". Instead, Enzyme Nutrition is a manifesto, an absolute masterpiece of a book that serves as a call-to-arms for humans to severely question the dietary paths that they have chosen for the past 100 years. It is as important of a book that one will read on the subject of enzymes, and will have even the most skeptical critic of the raw food path challenging their own presumptions against it.

I look forward to all of the insight that everyone can provide for these three magical evenings coming up. See you then!
