  • “ I love the raw foods lifestyle, I believe it will make the eyes brighter and skin healthier, it is a little difficult to be as disaplined in the winter time; I am a good cook and will bake fish and steam veggies occasionally, the only dairy I eat is non-fat cottage cheese; not exactly vegan but it is raw food, it keeps my protein level up.
    I survive on raw foods in warmer months to save time and it keeps fat burned off, I'll carry grapefruits, oranges and bananas with me when driving. ”
